COLLABORATIVE FUTURES

In the first section of this book we will guide you through the Collaborative Future team’s design directions to the Royal Bank of Scotland, where we envision a world comprising of three scenarios for the future of financial health. Here, we explore the themes that emerged in these scenarios, the people who populate them and the personal behaviours and financial experiences that they have.

 

The second section of the book will talk you through the design recommendations the team have, delving into the methodologies and ways of working that informed the project and we feel could inspire the bank’s working methods. We talk through the project’s process and the tools and artefacts we used to research, communicate and evaluate our speculations and visions for the future. This section presents fixed outcomes for the project, but also tangible tools that can be adapted and further explored in practice at the bank.
